MiscBackWindowDelegate Protocol is implemented by an object that wishes to recieve delegate messages from a MiscBackWindow.

Recieved by a MiscBackWindow delegate when the window changes tier.  Objects can use this so that special measures can be taken to allow for recovery of control if the window is placed in a very high tier. Returns self.
